For non tech individuals who wish to plot their property lot (either purchased/inherited) and want to check its overall lot shape as well as verify its total area that is found in your TCT copy, here is an easy way to do it online.
1. Simply visit: https://geoportal.gov.ph/gpapps/lotplotter
2. In mobile/computer edit the sample "csv file" and input the lot bearings of your lot based on your TCT you may include the tie point or simply encode only from point 1 up to the last point of your lot.
You may simply create in excel and follow sample format below or download csv file to edit.

Save as CSV file format and upload after editing values.
Select "NO" when asked if you want to close polygon.
3. Zoom in to check your plotted lot.
Orientation of the lot is straightforward, upper part towards North, as your left or right sides are your West and East respectively, South on the bottom portion of your plotted lot.
